Stopnoise Engineering Srl, in accordance with its corporate philosophy based on the ability to adapt to the market needs continuously, decided to comply with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 in order to identify and meet the expectations of its own customers and relevant stakeholders, to obtain competitive advantages and to achieve, maintain, and improve its organization capabilities.
Therefore, the following Quality Policy was created as a commitment by the General Manager, also relying on the direct contribution of all the involved personnel, to obtain and maintain the certification to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, which includes:
• The continuous satisfaction of the requirements of our own customers and stakeholders, which are relevant to the management system
• The continuous fulfilment of product requirements as well as the mandatory requirements impacting on both products and company management system, in order to prevent the occurrence of administrative and/or penal actions, also in terms of suspension and/or revocation of system, product, process and personnel certifications
• The continuous attention to the employees’ needs in order to establish and maintain a corporate climate that can foster their behavioral and professional growth
• The continuous improvement of the company performance by optimizing internal processes
This document was sent out to all the organization levels through information meetings and displays on the premises, making it also accessible also to visitors, to ensure that this is understood and shared.
Based on the general principles listed in the following paragraph, some measurable objectives were defined within the most important documents that are monitored during the annual management reviews, to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES FOR QUALITY
The main objective of the General Manager is to develop the company own business continuously in order to better serve current and potential customers. This leads to the following general goals:
1. Satisfy the customer through compliance with contractual conditions, such as product/service conformity, delivery times, technical documentation, certification and service
2. Maintain and improve product requirements by guaranteeing maximum safety and careful design in compliance with current applicable regulations and directives
3. Improve personnel skills by promoting continuous training activities
4. Improve partnerships with suppliers, by providing adequate and complete requirements, ensuring reasonable delivery times and regular payments
5. Thrive as a company by increasing turnover and research and development activities, guaranteeing adequate company profitability and work continuity for all internal and external staffs; in particular, we want to increase our market share in the silencer sector by:
a. Containing costs for customers, while maintaining at least the same quality standard
b. Acquiring and consolidating turnovers that may allow access to more interesting volume orders
6. Provide staff with a suitable, safe, comfortable working environment, to cooperate and share information and results to be achieved, using appropriate working and control tools
7. Promote and implement research and development (R & D) activities to achieve better performance of the company products, with the additional goal to make them less expensive and more sustainable for the environment.
